An excursion offered on our Florida Gulf Coast & Keys Cruise
Located at the southernmost tip of Florida, just before the Keys, Everglades National Park is the largest subtropical wilderness in the U.S. Also known as River of Grass, it features a unique ecosystem of mangrove forests, tropical hardwood hammocks, freshwater prairies, as well as numerous bird, animal, and plant species. The park also provides important habitat for many rare and endangered species, such as the manatee, American crocodile, and the elusive Florida panther.
