Eagle Society Program
The Eagle Society is a community of guests who explore America together with us. They share a love of learning, adventure, and the personalized atmosphere that is our hallmark. Eagle Society members become fast friends onboard and bond over tales of past cruises with American Cruise Lines.
Exclusive to Eagle Society Members
Each year, American Cruise Lines dedicates several cruises exclusively for Eagle Society members. This curated collection of Eagle Society Cruises includes a diverse sampling of regional and seasonal itineraries, from the Pacific Northwest to the Mississippi River region, and the shores of New England and the Historic South. You will enjoy enhanced experiences, enrichment, entertainment, events, activities, and special gifts.
Membership comes with a number of benefits, the greatest of which is the comfortable familiarity that exists onboard our ships. Guests and crew both become familiar faces who welcome you back and make each cruise feel like a reunion. All guests begin to understand the value of the Eagle Society during their first cruise and become eligible to enroll after their first cruise. Membership is always free and available after your first cruise.

A very pleasant experience!
“Had a very pleasant experience on American Star. Jen & Andy on the Star kept us well informed. Our stateroom was good size for 2 and room keeper Natasha was very good, server Tara was perfect and food choices were excellent. Shore excursions were well organized. Received a nice discount for the next cruise with extra perks when you belong to the Eagle Society. I enjoyed a nice glass of wine on the balcony every evening. Have 3 more cruises booked. Thank you, American Cruise Lines!”
– Rose T. - Southeast Sea Islands Cruise
Top Notch
“Just took American Symphony from New Orleans to Memphis, with stops in Natchez - not to be missed The Candlelight tour of The Towers and the Houmas House. Winding lazily up the Mississippi River was especially relaxing. Everything was well orchestrated, from the crew delivering your bags in a nano second to the clean and well-appointed room with a balcony, a history lecturer telling stories of the river, an artist teaching watercolor classes, and a wonderful chef and crew preparing lovely authentic New Orleans cuisine. I’ll be back to take another cruise as an Eagle Society Member.”
– Kenny B. - Lower Mississippi
Alaska Inland Passage
“This was our 14th cruise on American Cruise Lines so, obviously, we are satisfied with ACL overall. The food was good at every meal. We seated ourselves at tables served by 4 of the dining servers and they were all very good to excellent. The Hotel Manager was one of the best that we have had. He was attentive to our needs and especially attentive to Eagle Society passengers. He was an absolute hoot playing bingo! The weather cooperated and the "unprotected" parts of the Inland Passage were relatively smooth. This cruise only encouraged us to take more cruises – so we booked two more!”
– Thomas N. - Alaska Inland Passage
Eagle Society Upgrades
“Loved that we were given an upgrade to the suite. Larger room and balcony made the Tennessee Rivers experience even better. River talks and discussions were wonderful addition to the trip. Lounge meals were great on the 4th floor. Tempted to do both dining and lounge.”
– Howard R. - Tennessee Rivers
Value this “All American” Company
“Enjoyed the laid back, informal approach to cruising and their "All American" philosophy and practices. We met many new acquaintances from all over the country, had an interesting, informative, and entertaining time with the excursions. Food choices and portions were great including some locally sourced food. Crew, staff, officers, managers, and entertainers were extremely professional, knowledgeable and fun to be with. Booked a future cruise while on board and enjoyed several incentives as a result. Now are Eagle Society members as well.”
– KTPA - American Splendor
Columbia & Snake Rivers
“I enjoyed watching the locks. The scenery was great, and October was a beautiful time of year there. Going down the Snake and Columbia rivers, you don’t think of desert but there is a definite difference in scenery from the beginning to the end. What I enjoyed most was making new friends.”
– Paul D. - Columbia & Snake Rivers
